She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). As a highly skilled strategic leader, she has developed and implemented innovative strategies spanning talent development, organizational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion. Additionally, she is a Certified Life and Executive Coach, empowering individuals and teams to thrive.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys defending her title as the reigning Sorry champion against her young adult children, Mikaela and Donovan. And if you ever want to share a muffin, she’ll gladly give you the muffin top while she enjoys the bottom.
