Iris Bowman has worked at celito since 2002. It was a young business then, and, as Operations Manager, Iris wore many hats, including heading up human resources. Now, as VP of Administration & Finance, Iris still has a hand in HR, but isn’t able to dedicate the time it deserves. Close HR Connections fills in the gaps.
